At Least We're Not Milwaukee

Good Lord . . . this is bad. Milwaukee's flag breaks all the rules. It's not simple. It doesn't stick to two or three main colors. It utilizes text. It even has a flag within a flag. It is distinctive though. The Milwaukee flag was the result of combining elements of many different flag design submissions. Let's not do that, Oklahoma City.
